Do I need to learn a new tool?
No. We build and test everything. You get a login so you can see your leads and change things later if you want to, but you never have to.
What happens after 12 months?
Your included Pro year ends and you move to normal Pro at $20 a month or $200 a year. Your forms and leads stay exactly where they are. If you'd rather not, you can drop to the free plan.
I already have a CRM. Do I have to switch?
No. We send leads into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Google Sheets. If you use something else, ask us before you buy and we'll tell you straight whether we can connect it.
What if I don't like it?
If we're not live in 7 business days, you get your money back. Before launch you get two rounds of changes, and 30 days of changes after.
Who owns the forms?
You do. They live in your own Happier Forms account. We're invited in to build and can be removed any time.
